Motte Car and March Field Air Museum

Thursday, October 22: Two Museums and Lunch in one day !! Depart Park N Ride 9:30 AM. Lunch 11:30. March Air Museum 1:00 PM.

Museum #1: Historic Motte Car and agricultural heritage museum. 28380 Highway 74 East (Ethanac Rd East), Menifee. 951-928-3210. Historic Barn and grounds of the third generation Motte Family and the 20 cars they used and restored. Upstairs history of how water and rail became critical to the development of this vast farming area. Signs, petroliana, well-labeled displays. Then almost next door, is the historic Chinese Bistro in Railroad Cars, sight of where we brought AACA Officers, Judges, and AACA members from around the country on our Fallbrook Regional Nationals Meet Tour, 2019, already 7 years ago, including the Motte, Chinese Bistro, and March Field Air Museum. Museum #2: March Field Air Museum, 22550 Van Buren Blvd, South Riverside county. 10 miles up the 15 from Chinese Bistro and Motte. (marchairfield.com) 115 aircraft from WWI to the present, including an SR-71A Blackbird suspended in the air!! An amazing Air Museum so close to us, inside and outside displays.
