This is for the registration of a Member's guest.  The cost of a guest is $60 per person.

This event and this price are for Members Only. Members may bring guests, but because the club is partially underwriting the cost, all guests must register as Annual Holiday Dinner Guests.

Make your reservations for our annual Car Club Holiday Party

Thursday, December 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.  

Location: Brook Hills Manor, 4999 Brook Hills Road

Our holiday theme is “Classic Holiday Movies”.

Wear your favorite holiday clothes, and be prepared for some movie trivia & prizes.

The party begins with: 

Charcuterie-style appetizers, including Baked Brie.

Bring your favorite wine or beer to share.

Entertainment from the Gin N 'Tonix Group.

Holiday Buffet includes: Stuffed Roast Pork Loin, Roast Turkey,

Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Cranberry Relish, Rolls.

Baked Apple Cranberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream and Whipped Cream.

Coffee will follow for dessert.

Reservations must be made by November 30^th.   $40 per member, with additional guests $60

The club is underwriting the balance, including room, tax, and gratuity
